You also agree that the puppy will not be left outdoors unsupervised and that you will provide a safe, loving, and responsible home. This includes ensuring the puppy has proper food, water, shelter, attention, and medical care. While the Breeder guarantees the puppy’s temperament at the time of sale, they cannot be held responsible for any future actions or incidents involving the puppy. The Breeder also reserves the right to check in at a reasonable time to ensure the puppy is receiving proper care. The Seller guarantees that the puppy is in good health and comes with AKC registration paperwork, making them eligible for registration with your local Kennel Club. A complete health record, including vaccinations and deworming details, will be provided. The Buyer must take the puppy to a licensed veterinarian within 72 hours of receiving them for a health check. If a vet determines that the puppy has a health issue caused by the Breeder, the Buyer may return the puppy for a full refund, with the Breeder covering the return costs. If, at any time, the Buyer is unable to keep the puppy, they must notify the Breeder first, giving them the opportunity to take the puppy back and find a new home. Additionally, the Buyer has a 30-day money-back guarantee, if for any reason, they feel the puppy is not the right fit, they may return them for a full refund, along with all necessary paperwork and medical records. If any situation arises that affects the puppy’s quality of life, the Buyer must inform the Breeder, who has the right to be involved in any rehoming decisions. Under no circumstances should the puppy be sold, leased, traded, or given to a pet shop, research facility, animal shelter, or similar organization.
