All our puppies are healthy, safe, and free from infections at the time of delivery. We take great pride in maintaining a lifelong relationship with our puppy families, offering guidance and support long after you bring your new companion home.

While we are confident in the health and well-being of our puppies, we understand that certain factors—such as genetics, diet, exercise, and overall care—can influence their health. In the unfortunate event that your puppy passes away within one year of purchase or is diagnosed with a serious health condition within that timeframe, we will provide a replacement puppy of equal value at no additional cost. A certified veterinarian must confirm the cause of death or health condition, and we ask that you email us a copy of the official veterinary report.

Our goal is to ensure that every puppy we place brings joy and happiness to their new family. To help keep your puppy in excellent health, we offer ongoing health advice and support. As part of our commitment, we kindly request that you have your puppy examined by a licensed veterinarian within 10 business days of arrival and send us a copy of the medical record.
